Livingly Media is looking for an outstanding Programmatic Sales lead to join our team. The Programmatic Sales Manager will be responsible for all programmatic advertising revenue within the assigned list of accounts. The candidate will have a passion for digital with a proven track record of revenue generation in the programmatic advertising field, with deep relationships across agencies, agency trading desks and DSPs. This role is based in New York.

Senior Digital Marketing Manager – San Francisco Bay Area
Livingly Media is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to oversee key paid marketing channels and lead a growing team of marketers. This is an opportunity to build out a bleeding edge, digital marketing strategy within a profitable, dynamic media company.
This is a direct-response role focused on profitably scaling Livingly Media’s traffic via content distribution in paid channels. Primary responsibilities will include managing traffic acquisition, driving our digital marketing strategy and scaling budget and reach.
The ideal candidate will be a digital-first thinker with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. You should have a proven ability to grow critical KPI’s such as views, engagement or conversions. You should possess an analytical mindset and profit orientation. You should thrive in an environment of fast testing, measuring, and iterating in pursuit of goals and objectives.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing + Audience Development. The position is based in Redwood City, CA (remote is not an option).
Conceptualize, launch and optimize campaigns across multiple online channels (social, search, native) to meet financial and KPI objectives.
Analyze performance data and provide day-to-day as well as channel level tactical and strategic direction.
Manage/mentor marketing associates and work closely with Director of Marketing to grow and scale the team.
Manage the suite of internally-built marketing tools and reports, collaborating with the dev team to build upgrades and features to automate workflow and improve visibility into performance.
Work with Content Programming and Editorial teams to develop content that attracts and engages our target audiences.
Identify industry trends and insights that will help refine our marketing approach, conducting and presenting findings as needed.
Assist in selecting and managing marketing vendors while periodically testing and evaluating new partners.
Skills and Experience:
5-8 years’ experience in marketing -- specifically 3+ in a direct-response/acquisition/audience development capacity. Specific experience using Facebook Ads Manager or 3rd party tool for ads management preferred.
Experience directly managing a team(s) of 1-5+ full time employees.
Proven ability to conceptualize process and tool improvements and drive projects to implementation and adoption.
Deep experience with using analytical tools and interpreting data to drive decisions and behavior.
Strong leadership skills with ability to balance big-picture thinking with deep-dive research and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or similar analytical field of study.
