Head of Revenue - New York City
Livingly Media is searching for an innovative and ambitious Head of Revenue to own our sales strategy, drive profitable growth, and expand our product portfolio, both within our legacy media business and beyond the traditional ad unit. You should be a seasoned digital media expert and be passionate about creating a sales story, generating new business, and building teams.
You’ll manage our current Sales and Ad Operations & Analytics teams (expanding each as required) and will report to the CEO. You should understand the challenges and opportunities facing digital media companies today and have a strong pulse on industry headwinds. You should embrace a “player/coach” mentality and must be able to work collaboratively and constructively across all functional areas. You’ll be part of an entrepreneurial-minded company and should be excited about the opportunities and responsibilities that brings: access to and influence on all areas of the business and the hands-on ability and drive to make things happen.
This position will be based in our New York City sales office. You should be prepared to travel regularly to our headquarters in Redwood Shores, CA to remain connected to key Livingly stakeholders, and to media/advertising hubs like Chicago and Los Angeles to represent us among the media industry at large.

Along with the CEO, own and continuously refine Livingly Media’s go-to-market sales strategy: develop the pitch, create the materials, and identify new opportunities.
Drive initiatives around new revenue sources, including affiliate commerce, data & insights, newsletters, and events.
Expand our legacy programmatic display and video media business by activating preferred deals and optimizing current deals to increase volume and yields.
Cultivate strategic relationships with buy-side decision-makers at advertisers, agencies, DSPs.
Hire and develop a world-class sales and partnerships team; define territories and comp plans; foster an ambitious and collaborative team spirit.
Own our best-in-class ad operations and, together with our engineering team, influence our ad stack strategy.
Drive thought leadership and educate internal stakeholders on complex issues related to programmatic strategy, monetization, and ad operations.
Evangelize Livingly Media and our brands through everyday meetings and at major industry events.
10+ years’ experience in digital/media, preferably with women’s lifestyle brands.
5+ years’ experience with any combination of the following: programmatic sales/strategy, data sales, media buying, ad operations, data & analytics.
Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams.
Extensive familiarity with top digital advertising technologies, including DFP/GAM, SSP’s, DSP’s, ad quality scanners, DMP’s, etc.
Comfort and fluency with large amounts of data and experience with analytics tools (GA and Looker preferred).
Passion, enthusiasm, and can-do attitude; willing to execute at any level.
Dynamic speaker, presenter, and storyteller.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as required

Marketing Associate – San Francisco Bay Area
As a Marketing Associate at Livingly Media, you will help us create, package, and distribute editorial content across a wide variety of platforms and social channels, and will also provide performance reporting on paid marketing campaigns. This position will work with several teams, including editorial, marketing & programming, and analytics, to write headlines and ad copy, select images, and report on campaign optimization opportunities.
Write and copyedit ad headlines, and select and resize images for marketing campaigns
Learn and maintain the voice and style of writing for each brand with a drive to always deliver ad creatives that remain on-brand in style and tone
Work with our audience development team to identify and optimize trending content opportunities across all marketing and social media channels
Research and analyze competitor brands and industry trends to help keep Livingly Media’s content strategies ahead of the curve
Support the paid marketing team with campaign launches, keyword creation, and interest targeting development
Measure and report on the performance of paid marketing campaigns across channels
Provide insight into creative performance and optimization
1-2 years of experience in writing/editing/blogging/copywriting, online publishing, digital marketing, or related field
Clean and concise copywriting skills with an emphasis on headline writing
An interest in learning about paid marketing and spending time in partner tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, AdWords and more
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset; experience with Excel preferred
Highly motivated, flexible self-starter who can juggle multiple projects at once and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Detail-oriented and enthusiastic about the content we're marketing
Passion for and experience with lifestyle and pop culture content
BA/BS degree in business or a marketing related field preferred
