Programmatic Sales Manager
Livingly Media is looking for an outstanding Programmatic Sales lead to join our team. The Programmatic Sales Manager will be responsible for all programmatic advertising revenue within the assigned list of accounts. The candidate will have a passion for digital with a proven track record of revenue generation in the programmatic advertising field, with deep relationships across agencies, agency trading desks and DSPs. This role is based in New York.
You are self-motivated with a willingness and comfort working in a 'startup' and agile environment
You will grow programmatic advertising revenues by creating, maintaining, and sustaining relationships with agencies, trading desks and appropriate demand partnerships.
Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals and have fun doing it
You will work with collaboratively with our sales leadership team on strategic programmatic deals
You will sell programmatic across display and any emerging advertising opportunities
Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings as required
Represent Livingly Media at events and conferences as a passionate brand ambassador

Revenue Operations Analyst
Livingly Media is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our business team. The Analyst will be responsible for setting up, managing, analyzing and optimizing our online ad campaigns, and therefore has a direct impact on the company’s bottom-line. Our ideal candidate is inquisitive, gets excited to find the needle in the haystack and takes pride in operational excellence.
Perform all aspects of programmatic ad serving, including deal implementation, deal delivery and optimization, troubleshooting, reporting and AB Testing
Work closely with Ad Sales team to help manage buyer relationships
Develop campaign and partner optimization strategies to maximize both yield and advertiser performance
Research and troubleshoot user and revenue data using Excel and Looker (our data visualization software) to find meaningful insights that drive decision making.
Execute and distribute daily revenue reports, communicating trends, changes and problems to Management team
Manage financial discrepancy between our Ad Server and third party partners and assist with end of month financial close
Work in Google Analytics to assist with traffic and inventory analytics to support Management and the Sales team with forecasts and proposals
Undergrad degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
0-2 years experience working in an analytical role (e.g., ad operations, business intelligence, analytics, media buying, ad agency etc.)
Experience building queries in reporting and analytics tools such as Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Big Query, Looker, etc.
Familiarity with ad serving is a plus
Extremely detail-oriented and dependable
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Positive attitude, and a genuine interest in working in a start-up environment and wearing multiple hats as needed
